Home Instead 545 is a locally owned and operated home care business based in Jacksonville, Illinois. Founded in 2004, our team serves older adults and their families in Jacksonville, Jerseyville, Litchfield, and nearby communities. We help people maintain independence and dignity in familiar surroundings.
Our Care Professionals provide companionship and help with personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, transportation, and everyday routines. We also offer Alzheimer’s and dementia support, respite for family caregivers, and care after a hospital stay. Services are personalized to each client’s needs.
