West Central Development Council
In accordance with the CEO Consortium Board and the Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act (WIOA), the West Central Development Council Board performs all functions necessary to oversee programs, personnel and fiscal matters for the 6 counties within Local Workforce Investment Area 21. These 6 counties include Greene, Macoupin, Montgomery, Morgan, Scott and Shelby. The board is currently made up of 15 members, 12 of which are appointed by the CEO’s and 3 serving at-large.Â
