The Community Care Associate provides daily personal care and supportive services to residents in a senior living community. This role ensures residents’ comfort, safety, dignity, and well-being by assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), wellness checks, meal support, housekeeping, and documentation, in accordance with each resident’s service plan and facility policies.
