Job Description: Transportation Specialist 

Managing all areas of transportation and drivers for the company. Assign company cars when requested, coordinate and create weekly route sheets for the drivers. Responsible for meeting grant goals, reporting and assisting with pieces of MOW program.  

Monitor all incoming phone calls-new clients, information requests, current clients, and insurance inquiries.  

 Qualifications:  

• High School Diploma, at least 2 years of experience in a structured senior activity program or geriatric population preferred.  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite  

• Ability to organize, pay close attention to detail and handle multiple tasks.
